[horde] Horde 2.2-RC1

The Horde Team is pleased to announce the first release candidate for
the Horde Application Framework 2.2 release.

The Horde Application Framework is a general-purpose web application
framework in PHP, providing classes for dealing with preferences,
compression, browser detection, connection tracking, MIME handling,
and more.

Barring any problems, this code will be ultimately released as Horde
2.2.  Testing is requested and comments are encouraged.
