[horde] Kronolith horde MySQL User.....

Well one by one I'm tracking them down....  I finally have krono working....

Here's what was happening. I had a mySQL user called horde.localhost. Krono created a new user called horde.%.
horde.% had 0 permissions. As soon as I gave horde.% permissions I was able to add events.
