[horde] Horde/IMP on Windows/IIS. Is MySQL still needed?

Hi,

I am trying to setup imp with imap/ssl support on a Win2000 platform with
IIS.

Is mySQL needed still if I just want to login using IMP directly (to the
mailbox) and not using Horde?
