[horde] Horde/IMP on Windows/IIS. Is MySQL still needed?

A SQL database is not really needed for Horde/IMP, but some form of storage
(sql, ldap, mcal, etc) is needed for full functionality like saving
preferences, storing filters in IMP, etc.
So you don't need it, but you will lose some functionality if you don't have
any storage backend.
