Sorry.  I've found that on this list if I just hit reply it doesn't include the lists address.  But now that I have Horde mostly working, I can use the "reply to list" feature :')

Yes, something must be missing, but nothing that I can see is obvious.  The primary difference I can guess is that I'm running on a ppc platform, with YellowDogLinux.  Maybe there's a not-often used php function or extension that's buggy or something.  I have a *lot* of php apps running on this server, and none have made me pull my hair out like this one.

The one thing I couldn't find while debugging was the _phpConfig function, used in generatePHPConfig.  I wanted to trace that back.  Where?
