[horde] Configuration Problem - Fatal error regarding phptype

You've told it to authenticate with sql, but you didn't set the phptype
parameter for sql (and probably the other parameters either).  Edit your
horde/config/horde.php or horde/config/conf.php (which ever you have) and
find the authentication section, and define the "params" sections for it.
Should be an example for mysql commented out, that you can use as a starting
point.
