[horde] reference sites

It was removed due to complaints (the complaints usually from people not
on the list, as I hear it).

Many, many, many more.  The University of Texas at Austin, the largest
single campus university in the US (by enrollment) uses it for its main
mail services as well as in many sub-departments.  I think The University
of Michigan uses it also.  Lots and lots more.
