[horde] Disabling Sidebar?

running horde-cvs and have imp as main module. Im wondering how i go about
disabling the sidebar, it uses up way too much screen realestate :)

also looking for how to setup imp to start per default when users log in, like
it was done back in the 3.1 days :)
