[horde] Upgrading, using CVS version

Correct.  Easiest way (assuming you are not using CVS already) is to
apply the patch set to do the upgrade, then update the horde/config/*.php
files from the horde/config/*.php.dist files.

I don't *think* anything else is needed for a Horde upgrade for existing
(released) modules.

What reorganization is that?
