[horde] CVS HEAD - PEAR Unknown Error

My setup:
Slackware kernel 2.4.6
Apache 1.3.27
php 4.3.0
HORDE CVS HEAD 
IMP CVS HEAD
Turba CVS HEAD
Pear - Version supplied with PHP 4.3.0

I am installig CVS HEAD versions on our development servers.  I get the following
PEAR error in by browser when I invoke /horde/test.php.  

Is there a fix for this?  Is this an important error?


Before Running # pear install File
PEAR
    * PEAR - Yes
    * Recent PEAR - Yes
    * Mail - Yes
    * Mail_Mime - Yes
    * Log - Yes
    * DB - Yes
    * Net_Socket - Yes
    * File - No
    * Horde will work without the File_CSV class, but there may be errors when      
          importing some CSV files.
    * Date - Yes
    * Auth_SASL - Yes

After Running # pear install File
PEAR
    * PEAR - Yes
    * Recent PEAR - Yes
    * Mail - Yes
    * Mail_Mime - Yes
    * Log - Yes
    * DB - Yes
    * Net_Socket - Yes
    * File - Yes (Test for a known problem with File.php)
    * Date - Yes
    * Auth_SASL - Yes
    * Unknown error: Problem with method call - please report this bug
(/usr/local/lib/php/File.php:534)

The code on line 534 is:

PEAR::registerShutdownFunc(array('File', '_File'));
