[horde] menu.php conflicts with registry.php

The logout link in the Horde menu as specified in ./config/registry.php 
conflicts with the one added by ./menu.php. Any reason not to get rid of the 
one in ./menu.php and change the status of the logout link in the horde 
registry to active?
