Here's an iddea 

First give us a clue on how your system was configured!
Like : if you use IMP/FTP/IMAP fo auth

The way you described your problem I can guess that you uthenticate with IMP

So first reconfigure IMP to allow you to the admin login page 
(I can only guess you had a cvs upgrade)

Than reconfigure all apps from wihin HORDE

It' the fastest and easyest way.
