[horde] Please help me with that, urgent!!!

I made a var_dump($HTTP_POST_FILES) and I get array(0)
{}

Why is that varible empty?... where's it coming
from?... where can I fix it?...

Please, help me... all the people in the office are
becoming angry with me...
