[horde] Uploaded mail-attachments are sometimes broken (2nd try... plz HE LP, serious problem)

Hi @ll,

i have the problem that many uploaded mail-attachments are sometimes broken.
I couldn't find a rule till now when it doesn't work. The upload-path in the
php.ini is /var/tmp and sufficient rights are given. 

Looks like the IMP sometimes cannot convert/encode the attachments... What i
found is, that after i restarted the Apache, it worked better.... but thats
not the solution!

Is it maybe a problem of the Apache or PHP??

Any clues??
