[horde] Changing to Cyrus IMAP Server

Hi,
      I changed the imap-2000b to Cyrus IMAP. I am using RedHat 7.3 and 
Head version of both Horde and IMP.
Both Cyrus-Imapd and saslauthd daemon are running. I add one user using
saslpasswd -c krishna -f /etc/sasldb2

It gets activated and I also get authenticated by Horde/IMP. I added 
another user
saslpasswd -c kris -f  /etc/sasldb2
Here I get authentication failed, don't know why the database is getting 
updated.

2.) Now when I try to send a mail, I get this error

Mar 4 22:26:20 linux sendmail[3565]: NOQUEUE: mail.koenig.com 
[192.168.1.33] did not
issue MAIL/EXPN/VRFY/EXTRN during connection to MTA.

Can anyone help me!!
I am trying to use Cyrus so as to run sieve.
