[horde] Fatal error when accessing Horde/Imp

Hi,

I have just downloaded the latest versions of Horde 2.2.1 and Imp 3.2. 
I have followed the install instruction, but  when going to /horde/imp 
in my webbrowser I get the following error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: _() in 
/Users/micro/Sites/horde/config/registry.php on line 83

What is wrong?
