[horde] migration from cvs 3.0 to 2.2.1 problem

That says it all.  You have a error in your horde.php file.  It is
somewhere around line 161. Check the file for mistakes.

No way that would help.

Not exactly, it has a syntax error in it. Check for things like missing
ending quotes, missing parenthesis, unterminated comments, etc.
