[horde] Folders within folders? How?

This may be a newbie question, but I checked the FAQ with no luck.
My "folders" list page has an "Expand All" option, but I can't
figure out how to create a folder inside another - or, even better,
move a current folder to inside another. Is this possible?
What am I missing? Thanks...
