[horde] Too Many Consecurive Protocol Violations

I've been getting this error in the horde layout page when i have folders set to
check for new mail. It doesnt happen when i go through and make sure none are
checking.

i dont know when it started, but i try to keep cvs updated at least once a week
(last update this morning).
