[horde] http://your-server/horde/test.php

When I go to the horde directory to open the test.php, I am prompted to
download or open the file? The root directory opens just fine in a browser
but anything from the horde directory prompts me the same way.
 
I am however able to browse to the configuration documents without getting
prompted.
 
Does anyone know why this is occurring?
