just do a diff old-create-table.sql new-create-table.sql for all modules...
there you can see exactly what's changed.

for me it's much of try-and-error with this migrating problems...
if you do a dump before using the new versoin ore if you use a temporary
db for testing you don't loose any data

look at the scripts/ directories too,there were some kind of scripts
prepared
for upgrading...
