[horde] IMP handle the authentication for Horde (CVS horde imp)

It should be in horde/config/conf.php under the Horde Authentication section. 
Look for the lines

$conf['auth']['driver'] = 'application';
$conf['auth']['params']['app'] = 'imp';

and uncommnet them.
