[horde] License Issue

I *think* this would depend on how he's gone about doing this. I've seen this
issue knocked around at the PostNuke sites as well (Not regarding horde, just in
general). If his code could accurately be called a dirivitive work of either
Horde or Xoops (which is also GPL, I believe), then yes, he has to stick to GPL.

If however his code simply makes URL calls to horde, then takes the html output,
parses it, then modifies the resulting links and converts them in to links that
point back to his module, then it is not really a dirivitive work of Horde. Nor
would it be accessing any of the functions or APIs of Horde. TO get it to work
as a Xoops module, it may need to do that with Xoops, but that's an issue for
him to take up with them.

His site is unresponsive to me as well. I'd like to see it.
