[horde] Login Screen Issue

Hi All

I am currently migrating from one server to another and I am having a
few problems installing Horde

The new server I am building is....

Solaris 9 (Sparc)
Apache 1.3.27
PHP 4.3.1
Mod_Perl 1.27
MYSQL - Ver 11.15 Distrib 3.23.43, for sun-solaris2.9 (sparc)
Horde 2.2.3
IMP 3.2.1
Kronolith 1.0
Turba 1.2

I have sucessfully created the databases for all related programs and
installed all the programs, but

When i try to access the horde login page, it says 'page not found', but
if I click on the mail button at the bottom of the screen, the login
screen appears.

Can anyone offer any advice ?
