[horde] Mnemos Menu Button

Hey again,

For some reason when I try and use the Mnemo button on the menu bar it
give me a:

Not Found - The requested URL /horde/mnemo/list.php was not found on
this server.

Well, list.php does exist and I can get to the notes section from he
portal screen and add/remove/modify notes just find, even list them
(when I look at the shortcut path it says it is using
/list.php?Horde=lkdjnhlkjdsnlkds, or some crap).

Such weirdness.
