[horde] bindtext problem

Hello All,
         I have installed horde/chora on Windows NT. BUt i am unable to view 
the cvs Repository. I verified the logs n tthe apache server and the error 
as shown on apache logs:
[client 192.168.168.102] PHP Fatal error:  Call to undefined function:  
bindtextdomain() in F:\horde\lib\Lang.php on line 91, referer: 
http://lanco/horde/chora/Extension/Links.php.
        I have also enabled php_gettext.dll in the apache server also.
