[horde] MOTD

Is there a way to move the location of the MOTD.  On the first page
after logging into horde, I'd like to have the MOTD displayed under the
summary.  Where should I be looking to make this change?

Also, is there any tips on customizing horde?  I know where to find the
colors and such in the html.php but I'd like to do something like MIT.

I'd like to have information on the front page before users actually
login.
