[horde] problem with tar.gz on ftp.horde.org

Same problem with imp-3.2.1:

revelation# tar xzvf imp-3.2.1.tar.gz
imp-3.2.1/
imp-3.2.1/compose.php
tar: Skipping to next header
tar: Archive contains obsolescent base-64 headers

gzip: stdin: invalid compressed data--crc error
tar: Child returned status 1
tar: Error exit delayed from previous errors

It's not a problem on my system because these are the only files this is
happening to.
