[horde] Horde theme submission

Actually, I downloaded and installed Horde and IMP (in the screenshot) 
about a week ago (from the Horde website). When I chose the "DHTML 
floating menu" it just gave the same menu as the frame version, but in a 
popup, which seems insane - using Mozilla 1.4.
