[horde] I think this is a bug: Incorrect page after login

Haven't had time to find the cause of the problem.  Just discovered it last
night.  Besides, I wouldn't attempt it without confirming that it's not a known
issue already.  I guess I should have just entered it into Bugzilla(?).
