[horde] Logout button

Hello all,
   Is there a way to remove the logout button on the top of each app, and 
force the user to logout via the sidebar?
Are there any problems in doing this?  The reason being, is that if a user 
clicks the logout button up top on the menu bar,
the side bar will still be displayed, and they will get confused, so I am 
looking for a way to log the user out of horde and everything
all at once, since I am passing the authentication from horde onto 
everything else.
