[horde] How do I go about starting a new Horde project?

Turba is address book / contact management. I don't see how that would 
work. Can you tell what Odin is? There is nothing about it under 
projects and mailing list page just says "data management/reporting 
application". Not real descriptive. Glad you like the ideas :)
