[horde] How to activate PostgreSQL

Hello List!

What do i have to do to activate PostgreSQL for use with Horde?
When i run my test.php (http://www.roteskreuz-schwaz.at/horde/test.php)
Postgresql is not activated.

What do i have to do to activate it?

I've got RedHat Linux 8 and the PostgreSQL 7.3.3 RPMs from ftp.postgresql.org.

Please, please help me!
