[horde] Turba question

Doe Turba require the php_imap.dll extension?

When Turba tries to display a contact, I get the following error 
displayed where the contacts should be:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: imap_rfc822_write_address() in 
C:\Program Files\Apache 
Group\Apache2\htdocs\horde\turba\templates\browse\contactrow.inc on 
line 15

Other than that little problem, Turba appears to work correctly.

I am storing the Turba addressbook in a mySQL database.

I am using the following setup:
