[horde] SERVER_NAME woes!

Hey everyone.

I installed horde about a week ago and it was working fine. I was using
ldap for preferences, and it was having some trouble, maybe because the
Domain controller wasn't speaking ldap properly and maybe becuase there
were some firewall troubles.... at any rate, one of the programmers here
would like mysql so I installed it and changed the preferences storage
method to sql. This is the only thing I changed in the horde and imp prefs
files, and now I get the following error:

this is, by the way, when I type "php index.php." When I browse to the
page it's obviously just blank. What can I do here?
