[horde] SERVER_NAME woes!

When you run the script on the command line, of course there's no SERVER_NAME
defined - there's no webserver present, and only a few scripts in Horde are
designed to be run from the command line (and only a few make *sense* - this
isn't one of them). Whatever is causing a blank screen, this has nothing to do
with it.
