[horde] access forbidden in imp

Hi,

I'm new to horde.

When I login to horde everything goes OK.
Then I click on 'Login to mail'.  I get a login screen.  I give my 
userid and password and press enter.
The log says that I successfully logged in, into the imap server.
But I get a screen with the following text:
Forbidden
You were denied access because:

Access denied by access control list.

What am I doing wrong?
