[horde] Windows short cuts revised

This is an update to my first post, my 'As-u-Type' spell checker 'fixed' a
couple of file names

I've added scripts to copy *.dist files in all */conf directories so you
don't have to.
After you map root a drive you can run gethorde.cmd and it will get the
current HEAD then make a copy of all the *.dist files, read the readme.txt
file.

I would suggest making a working copy of your local CVSROOT directory and
using that for your WEB server NOT your local copy of the CVSROOT. It's only
113MB......
