[horde] Problems with installation

These messages are harmless if you do no plan to use PostgreSQL, MCAL or
MCrypt with Horde.  If you have to ask, you don't.

If you have problem running Horde, it may be because it is unconfigured.
You will to edit the various configuration file in horde/config.  You
may want to have a look at the documentation first in horde/docs first.
