[horde] horde first start

Thanks to Etienne for a reply on the PEAR package that sorted it out.

Now I am at the Horde login. The page just appears to refresh.

The horde user is correctly set up in mysql users though I note there are no 
grants. The horde database is set up though the create script leaves it an 
empty database.

I have tried alternating between preferences driver none and sql.

Again due to the lack, as ye,t of a search facility I can't find my own answer 
in the archives to what I am sure is a common question. And it doesn't appear 
to be a FAQ.

Can someone point me in the direction to look.
