[horde] Re: sidebar does not show up after login

Hey all,
I have been working with horde for a while, and I have searched the faq and
almost the whole web, and I cannot figure out why my sidebar does not appear on
the left hand side when I login.  I have a bottom navbar but nothing on the
side.  Some of my modules need the administration menu on the side to finish
configuring them so I would like to get this figured out ASAP.
Can anyone help me with this?
