[horde] Two problems

I actually upgraded to Horde 2.2 and my problem went away.

I now have Horde 2.2 and IMP 3.2.2.4. All things seem to be okay, except I get
that periodic:

Notice: Undefined index: direct_access in
/home/www/filias/horde/imp/templates/menu/menu.inc on line 53
