[horde] languages

Hello team,

Maybe this isn't the right place to ask...I want to enable the other
languages in Horde.I searched the lists, I looked in the po/README file,
but I didn't find any info about enabling the languages.Can anyone tell me
how can I make the languages work? I also did a make install in the po/
directory, but the language selection is still not working.Any ideas?
