[horde] horde user signup when using IMP auth.

Hello List,

I am using IMP for my horde authentication, but I also want to allow users to
sign up with a horde account, but with IMP no option appears on the login
screen to allow users to sign up. is there any way to allow users to sign up
when the auth mech is IMP???
