[horde] Horde login successful but IMP login failed? Please help!

Hi you all,
I am using:
Redhat linux 9
horde 2.2.4
imp 3.2.2
php 4.2.2
imap-2001a-18
I can login horde with an account but when I login imp with the same, I received the error:
'Login failed for some reasons. Most likely...'
I don't know why? imap and pop3 are OK when I test on console. I also edited file server.php. Please point me right direction.
