[horde] horde cvs head error

Hello everyone.

I updated to the latest CVS HEAD, I also installed horde framework, and I
am still getting errors:

pear install framework/Util/package.xml
install ok: Horde_Util 0.0.1

And here is what I get when trying to access it:

Anyone knows what the problem is?
