[horde] Is Horde right for me? Help

Hi to all.

Im looking for a web based software where I can manipulate files like in
a file system, with multiple users, folder and file permissions, groups
and on, as a filesystem.

Example, like in Linux, I want to share a folder that my group members
can RW and other groups only R and the Owner of the folder can RWX, and
there are many groups and users, and all of this based on the web

Will Horde be the solution?
