[horde] Open issues (2x imp, 1x genie, 1x framework) with Horde?

Hi all,

A couple of issues I noticed in the latest cvs head:

1.
I can send attachements with Imp, but cannot open/download them when I receive
one. The error returned is:
"Internet Explorer cannot download `blah.doc` from `myserver.com`. Internet
Explorer was not able to open this Internet site. The requested site is either
unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again."
Do not know, whether this is an issue with Imp or something else. Any thoughts?

2.
Last month, I created a public/private key pair with gpg and imported them in
Imp successfully. The passphrase is still accepted in gpg (obviously), but when
I enter it in Imp, it now claims it is an incorrect passphrase.
I can create a fresh pair in Imp and then it works as expected.

3.
I cannot create a new item in genie. It returns the following error:
"unknown db error". In my postgresql log I see that genie tried to open a non-
existing genie_wishes_seq table in the statement: SELECT NEXTVAL
('genie_wishes_seq'). At least in this case, it seems this sequence is not
created automatically by pear DB ...

4.
Installing framework with install-packages.php now returns the message:
"Installing MIME:
No handlers for package.xml version 1.1"
