[horde] Login problem

Hello all I am prity new at this so please for give me.
 
I am trying to setup horde to be able to use it as a webmail (imp)
interface to qmail-mysql.
 
I have done the testes and every thing is ok, when I goto the index.php
and try to login,
I do not get an error I just get pushed back to this point every thing
looks the same.
 
If I change the password on the db it give me a error, so I know it is
connecting to the db
 
Any ideas
