[horde] Why no other folders other than "INBOX"?

I have installed horde 2.2.4 (IMP 3.2.2). I am using courier-imap with MySQL 
for managing the imap users.

On successfully logged in, I only see the folder "INBOX".

My menu looks like.

INBOX  Compose Folders  Search  Help  Logout            Open Folder   

INBOX  
     
Where do I see the "Send", "Trash" etc folders? Do I have to create them?
